How they launched
The calendar does not stop on release day. The biggest launches of the last six weeks, by the most people Coilr counted in them at once, with what the players who bought them said.
Every change of date among the tracked games, as it happened. A window narrowed to a day inside it is the date being pinned down; anything later than promised is a delay.
No date has changed yet since Coilr started recording on September 29, 2026. From here on, every delay, every date announced and every window pinned down to a day appears in this list and on the game’s own card.
That the developer has promised a window, not a day. Steam stores it as the last day of the window, which is why many calendars show such a game on 31 December. This one keeps it vague: it sits at the end of its quarter as “sometime in Q4”, after every game with an exact date in those months.
What time do new games unlock on Steam?
Whenever the publisher sets. Many unlock at 10:00 Pacific, but Asian publishers often pick a morning in their own time zone, which lands the evening before in America. Where Steam lists an unlock time, this calendar shows it in your own time zone, with a countdown on each game.
How is “most wanted” decided?
It is the game’s place in Steam’s own list of popular upcoming games by wishlists, read four times a day. The calendar follows the top 1,500; the rank history behind the arrows starts the day Coilr began recording it.
How do I know if a game was delayed?
Every time a tracked game’s date changes, Coilr records what it was and what it became. A game pushed later is marked delayed on its card; a vague window narrowed to a day inside it is not a delay, and is recorded as the date being pinned down.
Can I get these dates in Google Calendar or on my phone?
Yes. Subscribe to the most-wanted feed, or sign in with Steam for a feed of your own wishlist. Calendar apps refresh it by themselves, so a delay moves the event without you doing anything.
