What is the most wishlisted upcoming game on Steam?

Does Steam publish how many wishlists a game has?

No. Steam only shows developers their own numbers. What it does publish is the order: its store lists popular upcoming games by wishlists, and that order is the ranking here. So a place on this list is exact, but the gap between two neighbours is not something anyone outside the studio can know.

Why do some of the most wishlisted games have no release date?

Wishlists start the day a store page goes up, often years before a date does. Of the top 100, 50 have no date at all yet and 23 have an exact day. When one gets a date, the calendar records the change.
