Coilr infers status from Steam's official concurrent-player numbers; it has no view into the game's own servers. A sharp drop usually means an outage or a breaking update, but launchers, regional issues and store outages can all look different.
Frequently asked
Is Assassin's Creed® Unity down right now?
Assassin's Creed® Unity looks up: 467 people are playing right now, a normal level for this hour.
How many people are playing Assassin's Creed® Unity right now?
467 people are playing Assassin's Creed® Unity on Steam right now (updated every few minutes from Steam's official player API).
How does Coilr detect outages?
Coilr records concurrent player counts every few minutes. When the live count collapses far below the normal level for that hour of day, that pattern usually means a server outage or a breaking update. Coilr cannot see the game servers directly, so this is an inference from player behavior, not an official status.
