Checked against 170 games whose developers announced their sales, the median estimate was 30% off. Free-to-play games are not ranked: their “owners” are everyone who pressed Play once. Neither are adult games, software, or games Steam no longer sells on their own (Grand Theft Auto V Legacy is the biggest): without a price there is no telling a delisted paid game from a closed free one.
